We want you to love what you're wearing. If something's off, we'll make it right - no stress, no hassle, cool?
Returns You've got 30 days from the day your order arrives to reach out to us about a return. If you received the wrong item or there was something wrong with your order, no worries, reach out to us and we'll make it right. If you want to request a refund, here's how to do it.
How to Start a Return We've made it super easy. Just email us at Support@restmode.net with:
- Order ID
- A quick description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
That's it. We'll get back to you quickly and make it right.
Damaged or Wrong Item? Give your order a once-over when it arrives. If something's damaged, defective, or just plain wrong, let us know right away so we can get it fixed. We're not here to make you jump through hoops.
Exchanges Want a different size or item instead? Reach out and we'll walk you through it.
Refunds Once your return is approved, your refund goes straight back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks can sometimes take a little extra time to process on their end — if 15 business days have passed and you haven't seen it yet, email us at Support@restmode.net and we'll look into it.
EU Customers If you're ordering from within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, no reason needed.
